Publisher and developer Hands-on Mobile (Guitar Hero III Mobile) will transfer its European division, which also covers the Middle East and Africa, to cross-platform game developer Connect 2 Media, according to media reports. In return, Hands-on Mobile will retain a minority stake in the enlarged entity.
