Two of Korean mobile entertainment provider Com2uS' mobile games have been listed in the Best of 2007 category on the AT&T Media Mall site for users on the AT&T network. Strategy game Tower Defense was named Best Strategy Game of the year, and the stick figure adventure of Super Action Hero was named the Most Visually Innovative game of 2007.
Tower Defense is inspired by the Flash phenomenon and is built around the premise of defending an empire against advancing enemies and monsters by building towers to block their paths. Super Action Hero follows the adventures of a clever, simple stick figure drawing as he leaps and fights his way through the game. He's able to add more skills and powers by locating hidden masks throughout the game giving players more chances to customize and personalize the character they play.
Both Tower Defense and Super Action Hero are available to mobile phone users on the AT&T network through their on-deck game listing or online at the AT&T Media Mall site. Consumers can also download these titles and the full catalog of mobile game titles from Com2uS by visiting the official site.
"Capturing two of the top 15 categories in the Best of 2007 from AT&T is further proof of how games like Super Action Hero and Tower Defense can be both creative and innovative and still be widely appealing," said Don Lim, general manager, Com2uS America. "Some of the best is yet to come with a full line-up innovative new titles from Com2uS in 2008."
