EA Mobile has confirmed its commitment to smartphone platforms, including BlackBerry, Symbian and Windows Mobile phones, announcing that they are to continue to distribute a growing slate of smartphone games, including titles such as Tetris and Bejeweled.
EA Mobile has already offered a number of franchises for Symbian OS, including Doom, FIFA, Tiger Woods PGA Tour and The Sims. EA Sports FIFA 08 is now available for a number of Symbian smartphones in Europe.
Working with Research in Motion, EA Mobile has released several titles for BlackBerry smartphones, including Tetris, Bejeweled, Scrabble (in North America only), EA Sports Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07, SimCity Societies, and most recently, Monopoly Here & Now.
In addition, EA Mobile continues to distribute its games on Windows Mobile phones, including Downtown Texas Hold 'Em, JAMDAT Mahjong, The Sims Bowling, and JAMDAT Mini Golf.
