Mobile gaming device developer Zeemote has announced an exclusive promotion with Sony Ericsson to bundle its JS1 Controller with the manufacturer's W760i Walkman in hundreds of retail outlets across the Netherlands. The W760i will also come with two pre-installed "Zeemote Ready" games and fourteen additional titles.

Starting August 8th, the JS1 Controller will be offered free to purchasers of the W760i Walkman, via a mail-in voucher promotion. The promotion is scheduled to end on October 31, 2008.

The JS1 is a wireless controller for "near-console game play on mobile phones." The controller is ergonomically designed for optimised comfort and features an analogue thumbstick and four assignable trigger buttons.

According to Zeemote, developers such as Gameloft, Glu Mobile, Eidos, and Sega of America have already adapted their popular games to make them compatible with the wireless controller.
