GAMEVIL USA has announced the North American launch of Townsmen 4 on AT&T Mobility carrier devices. The strategy title sequel was previously only available for mobile devices in Europe.

Townsmen 4 comes to the U.S. this week in cooperation with its Germany-based developer HandyGames. Upon its European release last year, Townsmen 4 earned the German Developer Award for Best Mobile Strategy Game 2007.

Townsmen 4 is a strategy-oriented simulation title that places the player in a leadership role at a small monastery. Players must manage brewing and baking duties to sustain the monastery's residents while also recruiting monks from the surrounding settlements.
